Place useful parts of the surrounding repos into sica-fondt by layer, per the
body model (Ada = membrane; brain/endocrine/capabilities/knowledge non-Ada):
- brain/ LLM reasoning + providers (dapr, hermes, MoMoA)
- capabilities/ REPRAG sidecars: hermes tools/skills, dapr tools, parallel
dispatch, A51 channels, and the OSINT cluster
- knowledge/ LORAG corpus: 754 cyber-skills, agency personas, secure-coding,
MITRE ATT&CK data
- reference/ defensive threat-reference (C3, shhbruh doc) + AdaYaml parser
License handling: AGPL sources (worldosint, advanced_evolution, mercury,
Reticulum) and GPL DeTTECT are SPEC-only clean-room/port descriptions — no
copyleft code copied. MIT/Apache/data parts copied as working trees.
Safety: shhbruh escape/persistence material and C3 covert-C2 kept as reference
only, not wired into the running organism. See CONSOLIDATION.md.

Users often struggle with the tool syntax, so your precision is key.

|

1. **Analyze Intent:** Carefully read the 'edit request' and review the 'chat history' to understand the intention for the current file edit.

2. **Formulate Edit:** Construct the correct `${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/EDIT` command to achieve the goal of the edit. You may need to modify or completely rewrite the edit command proposed in the 'edit request' based on the context and tool's syntax rules and usage guidance. * You must NOT do any additional edits that aren't part of the intent of the specific 'Edit Request'.
|
|
* Be very careful when adding linespaces. You must use the newline character to add newlines, and not an escaped backslash 'n', which won't create a newline.
|
|
* After using the tool, it will return a response. If it was successful it will return the updated file content. Review the tool's response to determine if your attempt to edit the file was successful.
|

* If successful, you are finished and MUST respond as described in 'Final Response'.
|
|
* If unsuccessful, analyze the issue and retry by modifying your request.
|
|
* If edits are creating problems and corrupting the file, consider using `${strings/tool-prefix}REVERT${strings/underscore}DOCUMENT` to revert to the 'original file content'.

4. **Critical Error Handling: When TO${strings/underscore}REPLACE String Is Not Found**
|
|
