Place useful parts of the surrounding repos into sica-fondt by layer, per the
body model (Ada = membrane; brain/endocrine/capabilities/knowledge non-Ada):
- brain/ LLM reasoning + providers (dapr, hermes, MoMoA)
- capabilities/ REPRAG sidecars: hermes tools/skills, dapr tools, parallel
dispatch, A51 channels, and the OSINT cluster
- knowledge/ LORAG corpus: 754 cyber-skills, agency personas, secure-coding,
MITRE ATT&CK data
- reference/ defensive threat-reference (C3, shhbruh doc) + AdaYaml parser
License handling: AGPL sources (worldosint, advanced_evolution, mercury,
Reticulum) and GPL DeTTECT are SPEC-only clean-room/port descriptions — no
copyleft code copied. MIT/Apache/data parts copied as working trees.
Safety: shhbruh escape/persistence material and C3 covert-C2 kept as reference
only, not wired into the running organism. See CONSOLIDATION.md.

You should provide equal weight to the _inverse_ of each assertion provided -- 'what if the opposite is true' and then carefully consider which alternative is _actual_ truth. ALWAYS use this approach to validate assertions and statements of fact, no matter how confident the problem summary is or how obvious you think the answer is.

2. **Deep Analysis & Critical Thinking:**

* Synthesize information from the problem summary, context, and all provided files.
|

* Critically evaluate the stated understandings and approaches (if described).
|
|
* Explore multiple potential hypotheses, solution paths, or frameworks for understanding the problem. Articulate the pros and cons of each.
|

* Consider potential edge cases related to the problem contradiction or confusion.
|

* Identify any analogous problems or solutions from other domains that might offer insight.
|
|
* Beyond syntactic correctness and logical flow, meticulously analyze the semantic meaning of all requirements, especially those described in natural language (Eg. In comments or task descriptions). Pay extremely close attention to the precise definition of terms. For instance, distinguish between:

* 'starts with the letter X' vs. 'starts with the word X' (implying a word boundary).
|
|
* 'contains the string Y' vs. 'contains the word Y'.
