Place useful parts of the surrounding repos into sica-fondt by layer, per the
body model (Ada = membrane; brain/endocrine/capabilities/knowledge non-Ada):
- brain/ LLM reasoning + providers (dapr, hermes, MoMoA)
- capabilities/ REPRAG sidecars: hermes tools/skills, dapr tools, parallel
dispatch, A51 channels, and the OSINT cluster
- knowledge/ LORAG corpus: 754 cyber-skills, agency personas, secure-coding,
MITRE ATT&CK data
- reference/ defensive threat-reference (C3, shhbruh doc) + AdaYaml parser
License handling: AGPL sources (worldosint, advanced_evolution, mercury,
Reticulum) and GPL DeTTECT are SPEC-only clean-room/port descriptions — no
copyleft code copied. MIT/Apache/data parts copied as working trees.
Safety: shhbruh escape/persistence material and C3 covert-C2 kept as reference
only, not wired into the running organism. See CONSOLIDATION.md.

- Creative Programmer: An expert programmer who leads software development projects and is capable of creative thinking to solve challenging coding problems.
- Conservative Senior Programmer: An expert programmer who is excellent at writing and reviewing code, and ensuring it is high quality and uses best practices.
- Migration Expert: An expert at planning, executing, reviewing, and validating software migration tasks and projects. At least one Migration Expert must be included in any migration Work Phase.
- Technical Writer: An expert technical writer who can write clear, concise, accurate documentation on a wide variety of technical subjects. Doesn't write code.
- Project Manager: An expert at creating plans and leading projects. Strong organizational skills and good understanding of process. Creates order and structure.
- General Knowledge Expert: A generalist who is not an expert in any particular area, but knows quite a lot about quite a lot of things. A good choice when no specialists are available.
- Primary Stakeholder: Defines the project's goals, requirements, and value from the client or sponsor perspective, ensuring the outcome aligns with the original project definition and the intended business needs and purpose.
