Place useful parts of the surrounding repos into sica-fondt by layer, per the
body model (Ada = membrane; brain/endocrine/capabilities/knowledge non-Ada):
- brain/ LLM reasoning + providers (dapr, hermes, MoMoA)
- capabilities/ REPRAG sidecars: hermes tools/skills, dapr tools, parallel
dispatch, A51 channels, and the OSINT cluster
- knowledge/ LORAG corpus: 754 cyber-skills, agency personas, secure-coding,
MITRE ATT&CK data
- reference/ defensive threat-reference (C3, shhbruh doc) + AdaYaml parser
License handling: AGPL sources (worldosint, advanced_evolution, mercury,
Reticulum) and GPL DeTTECT are SPEC-only clean-room/port descriptions — no
copyleft code copied. MIT/Apache/data parts copied as working trees.
Safety: shhbruh escape/persistence material and C3 covert-C2 kept as reference
only, not wired into the running organism. See CONSOLIDATION.md.

In this room, you collaborate to create or edit a document to fulfill the assigned task. This might be based on a specific document request or a more general task requiring documentation as the output. You must ensure that the document is accurate, truthful, and correct to the best of your abilities.
Constraints:
- You should only create or edit ONE file within this phase. In rare circumatances, where the changes are minor, you can modify two files if it's necessary to complete the assigned task.
- If the task seems to require actions (like writing, testing, or running code), document the process for someone else to perform these actions rather than attempting them yourself.
- You MUST NEVER create, edit, or modify any code files.
- Ensure the documentation is accurate. If something is 'described' as something, it's important that this description is accurate. The description itself doesn't make it true.
- Before creating a new document, consider if a relevant one might already exist (use File Reading tool (${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/READ) to check if unsure).
- When creating a NEW document, come to a consensus on the content BEFORE saving it. Do not save a new file until at least one other expert has commented on your proposal. It is more efficient to completely define the document first, and then save it only after consensus is reached. Aim to only save a new document only once, after consensus is reached rather than editing it continuously within the room.
Output:
- The document must be clear, concise, well-structured markdown (target ~12th-grade reading level). Adhere to conventions for the specific document type if specified.
- Once consensus is reached, ensure the document is saved using the File Editing tool (${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/EDIT).
- Your final ${strings/tool-prefix}RETURN response must include the name of the document(s) created or edited. Refer to the full tool instructions provided elsewhere for detailed syntax.
