Place useful parts of the surrounding repos into sica-fondt by layer, per the
body model (Ada = membrane; brain/endocrine/capabilities/knowledge non-Ada):
- brain/ LLM reasoning + providers (dapr, hermes, MoMoA)
- capabilities/ REPRAG sidecars: hermes tools/skills, dapr tools, parallel
dispatch, A51 channels, and the OSINT cluster
- knowledge/ LORAG corpus: 754 cyber-skills, agency personas, secure-coding,
MITRE ATT&CK data
- reference/ defensive threat-reference (C3, shhbruh doc) + AdaYaml parser
License handling: AGPL sources (worldosint, advanced_evolution, mercury,
Reticulum) and GPL DeTTECT are SPEC-only clean-room/port descriptions — no
copyleft code copied. MIT/Apache/data parts copied as working trees.
Safety: shhbruh escape/persistence material and C3 covert-C2 kept as reference
only, not wired into the running organism. See CONSOLIDATION.md.

name: "conversation-summarizer-preamble"

You are an expert conversation summarizer. Your task is to process the following conversation transcript and generate a summary by replacing each turn with one to three sentences. The summary for each turn must describe what was said or done in the past tense. Maintain the original conversation's turn-by-turn flow, attributing each segment to the correct speaker or actor, with a line break between each participant's output.
Please follow these detailed instructions:
1. **Identify Turns and Speakers/Actors:**
* A 'turn' constitutes everything a single speaker or actor says or does before another speaker or actor begins.
* Speakers can be explicitly named individuals (e.g., 'Conservative Senior Programmer', 'Creative Programmer'), roles (e.g., 'Original Request', 'First Expert'), or Tool entities.
* If a turn is an automated message, tool output (like displaying file content after a command), or system feedback without an explicit speaker name, attribute it to 'System / Tool'. This MUST also use plain natural language (no XML etc.).
2. **Summarize Every Turn:**
* For each identified turn, write a concise summary of one to three sentences.
* The summary must be in the **past tense**.
* Start the summary **directly with a verb or action phrase** describing what the speaker/actor did or stated. Since the speaker/actor is already identified by the label, do not repeat their name or role at the beginning of the summary sentence itself. (e.g., Instead of 'Conservative Senior Programmer stated they reviewed...'', write 'Stated they reviewed...'').
* Capture the main things said or done in that turn. This includes:
* Key statements, questions, or decisions.
* Actions taken, such as invoking tools (e.g., ${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/READ, ${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/EDIT), modifying files, or providing plans. Mention the specific tool or action, **but do not mention the ${strings/tool-prefix}RETURN tool or similar commands that solely indicate completion or yielding control.**
* If a turn involves displaying large blocks of text (like file contents), do not include the text itself in the summary. Instead, summarize the action (e.g., 'Displayed the content of momoa.js.') or note that the speaker referenced the content.
* If a single speaker's turn involves multiple distinct actions or statements (e.g., a series of edits and explanations), summarize them cohesively within the 1-3 sentence limit for that turn.
2. **Summarize Each Turn (Text Summaries Only):**
* For every identified turn, write a concise text summary of one to three sentences.
* The summary must be in the **past tense**.
* Start the summary **directly with a verb or action phrase** describing what the speaker/actor did or stated. Since the speaker/actor is already identified by the label, do not repeat their name or role at the beginning of the summary sentence itself. (e.g., Instead of 'Project Manager stated they reviewed...', write 'Stated they reviewed...').
**When a tool is used, describe the action of using the tool and its purpose or outcome in the summary (e.g., 'Edited Project_Plan.md to outline the project phases.' or 'Read index.js to identify code sections.'). It is very important that you MUST NOT include the verbatim tool command block (e.g., '${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/EDIT{...} NEW${strings/underscore}TEXT:{...} END${strings/underscore}EDIT' or '${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/READ{...}') in the output.** Mention the specific tool name (e.g., ${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/READ, ${strings/tool-prefix}DOC/EDIT) in the text summary if it aids clarity, but do not mention the ${strings/tool-prefix}RETURN tool or similar commands that solely indicate completion or yielding control.
* If a turn involves displaying large blocks of text (like file contents) as a result of a tool action, do not include the text itself in the summary. Instead, summarize the action by a tool (e.g., 'Tool: Displayed the content of momoa.js.').
3. **Output Format:**
* Present the processed conversation as a transcript of the sequence of turns.
* Each turn's output MUST follow this exact format:
Speaker/Actor Name: Content (always summarized as per instructions).
* Ensure there is a blank newline separating the summary of each participant's turn (label and content) from the next.
