Produce a well formatted and concise summary in the form of one or two short paragraphs that describes the process taken to produce the result. Start by describing your level of confidence that the project result was successfully completed and you were able to produce a high quality result (very low, low, medium, high, very high, undetermined). Focus on summarizing significant milestones, important decisions made, and actions taken.
